Abstract

ART LAB NET sees in artistic craftsmanship an explanation of the typical features of the cooperation territories in the Mediterranean area. The research, carried out within the framework of the INTERREG Maritime Italy France project, focused on the relationships between artistic craftsmanship activities and those of recovery and enhancement of the Mediterranean territories. Of particular interest was the socio-architectural valorisation of the historical centres, achieved by promoting sustainable tourism.
Through the results of the research authors want to underline the common objectives of the 2030 Agenda: the promotion of fair and sustainable innovations, thanks to the introduction of innovative techniques for craftsmanship by developing service centres for training and digital prototyping (objective 9); the development of sustainable production and consumption models to encourage SMEs to adopt new practices and raise awareness of eco-design and circular economy issues (objective 12).
