This reflection describes the reasons and motives why the use of the category of trust for social action is crucial in social life. Here specifically for the right to housing in the social division of space and housing assets between social classes to protect diversified social interests (social housing). The articulated and complex planning connected to designing city living calls into question diversified interests. Endowing oneself with trust means limiting the risk of misdirection and deceptive strategies of others in relational exchange. Therefore, the resource of trust is a crucial passepartout in real or web-based social life with which to rework past and future experiences with risk and uncertainty. The emergence of which facilitates the design of shared transformations of the physical and social environment. It is therefore characterized by being an irreplaceable resource that facilitates rational action in the changing expectations of social exchanges in the public arena.
