Introduction
Given the complexity of urban environments and its many transformations, the process of urban regeneration is a subject of multidisciplinary studies by different scholars. It finds itself at the center of a widespread academic and political debate. The spread of collective consent with the objective of limiting the consumption of land as well as the resilience and environmental sustainability does not find an equally significant increase in the practices of reconversion of what has been abandoned. None the less, the fact remains that the practice of reusing and restoring industrial spaces and unused buildings in urban contexts has been identified as the market of the future. For some time now, an issue that emerges from the comparison between the various disciplines is to identify some leading activities that are able to influence the methods of production and consummation of individuals as well as to modify or adapt the shapes and the spaces used of existing constructions.
